今のところ本州と九州から採集されている。関東地方では秋にツルマメの葉から採集されている。本属の他の日本産種からは触角が7節であることで識別できる。

This species has been collected from Honshu and Kyushu, Japan so far. It is collected from the leaves of Glycine soja [Fabaeae] in autumn in the Kanto-region of Honshu. It can be distinguished from other Japanese species of this genus by having 7-segmented antennae (8-segmented in other species).
